Bug fixes

• Phone tutorial doesn't work.
• Some phone apps don't work at the start of the game if hot key is used to open it.
• It was possible to get all 3 items for the maid but the quest would not move forward to the next task.
• When clicking on the Exit button on the phone the player is asked if they would like to quit.
• Fixed a couple rollback issues from last update.
